This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Corporate, B2B, or Bulk sales.
For a refund, the product must be returned, and the refund process will be initiated once we receive the product in a non damaged state.
We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our Stashlers products. In the unlikely event that you discover a manufacturing defect, we offer a comprehensive replacement guarantee.

Our team will verify the defect, and if confirmed, we will promptly arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Stash products have been rigorously tested in extreme environments and under 3x weight on 70+ surfaces. When installed correctly on firm, non-greasy, and dust-free surfaces, Stash can securely remain on walls/surfaces for years. However, improper installation can lead to dislodgement, which is why Stash comes with a limited dislodgement warranty.
Ensure your product is registered for warranty eligibility.
Provide videos and pictures of the wall and the dislodged Stash, including the dislodged Stash Studs.
Our team will evaluate the case on various parameters. If it is determined that all necessary precautions were taken during installation, we will provide a new set of Stash studs and replace any broken Stash edges.
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.
Adhesive issues when the product is installed on standard painted walls or other surfaces as per the provided instructions.

If a defect covered by this warranty is found, Stashlers will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product. In cases where repair or replacement is not feasible, a refund may be issued at Stashlers' discretion.
Stashlers's liability is limited to the repair, replacement, or refund of the defective product as outlined in this warranty. Stashlers is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
