Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your Stash purchase, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. You may return your product within 7 days of purchase for a refund of the product cost. Please note that shipping charges are not covered in the refund.

2Exclusions

This satisfaction guarantee does not apply to Corporate, B2B, or Bulk sales.

3Return Process

For a refund, the product must be returned, and the refund process will be initiated once we receive the product in a non damaged state and the product is reviewed and approved for refund.

4Verification

To initiate the refund you must contact our customer care and arrange for the delivery of the product to the location defined by our customer care team. Our team will verify if the received product is undamaged and in good condition, and if confirmed, we will promptly arrange for a refund within 15 days of reviewing the product (only if the refund is approved by the reviewing team).

5Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it— undamaged, and in its original packaging along with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
